MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES (OFFICE-BASED)

Job Description:

Location: Bagshot, Surrey (in‑office only)
Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:30–5:30 (full‑time) or part‑time options
Pay: £12.50 per hour + uncapped commission (typically £20–£80 per day)

Luxury Restaurant Guide is the UK’s leading subscription‑based fine‑dining club, partnering with five‑star hotels, acclaimed restaurants and private members’ clubs since 2005. We’re growing and looking for well‑spoken, polished telephone sales professionals to join our membership team.

The role

  • Speak with prospective guests and past diners on behalf of five‑star hotel partners
  • Welcome new members and nurture existing relationships
  • Confidently present membership benefits and handle questions
  • Keep accurate notes and follow up promptly

What we’re looking for

  • Exceptional telephone manner and clear, confident communication
  • Sharp attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping
  • Proactive, self‑motivated approach with a positive attitude
  • Genuine interest in hospitality and great service
  • Fluent English; UK work authorisation required

What you’ll get

OTE: ~£17,500 part‑time / £45,000 full‑time (guide only; performance dependent).
