Executive Chef Phil Carmichael's menu offers contemporary British dishes using only the finest produce. This is a restaurant that grabs you, shakes you and leaves you wanting more. The triple height ceilings, the curved retro banquettes, the frills, the furbelows, the paintings, the glitter; it’s all so flamboyantly breath-taking. And then the food… Jason Atherton has dished up an exquisitely, crazily eccentric menu that sets the palate a-tingle with quirky Britishness.
