Whatley Manor is a grown-up getaway in the heart of the Cotswolds. The gardens are divided into 26 distinct 'rooms'. Natural elements of the garden itself and its surroundings, such as wonderful vistas, the river and woodland, have been sensitively incorporated into the more formal elements of the gardens for maximum effect. With three dining areas, Grey's Brasserie, the Michelin starred The Dining Room and the private Green Room you have a choice of dining areas. Executive Chef Niall Keating is making his mark here with his "daring and innovative cooking". His inspiration is drawn from many different cuisines, including Korean, Japanese and classic French. Resulting in menus that balance contemporary and classic styles in terms of ingredients and presentation.
