The Forte family have been dedicated to hospitality for four generations. Charlie's is named after the founding Forte, Lord Charles, who loved traditional charm as well as modern touches in his hotels. In his honour, Charlie's marries much-loved convention with modernity, showcasing the evolution of British cuisine, with cosy booths, antique panelling and bright botanical wallpaper.
Charlie's features menus developed by Michelin-starred chef, and Chef Director of Brown's, Adam Byatt, interiors by award-winning designer Olga Polizzi, combined with the renowned hospitality and charm of Brown's.
