Acclaimed chef Theo Randall elevates simple yet robust flavours of classic Italian dishes to award winning heights using premium and seasonal produce. Don't miss the signature cappelletti di vitello: handmade pasta stuffed with veal, pancetta and porcini mushrooms. A daily changing a la carte lunch menu incorporates a greater choice of dishes, seasonality, and varying prices. 

Space here complements the cuisine and delivers an enriched restaurant experience. The restaurant pays subtle homage to Italian culture through use of Terrazzo and Cerrera marble, as well as muted green olive and grey tones. A more intimate feel has been created with anodised brass screens to allow for flow while maintaining privacy.
