The Broadcaster
London, Greater London
Overview
One of the newest restaurant to open at the popular White City Television Centre development, The Broadcaster, is a four story hospitality emporium.
On the ground floor, the 70-seat bar and dining area offers an extensive drinks list, and a menu of bar snacks and small plates. The first-floor dining room menu, overseen by Chef Luke Rayment-Blakey, includes elevated takes on British classic and pub favourites, as well as several plant-based options. The second-floor is home to private event space and a roof top terrace bar on the fourth for BBQ grazing, live music, and DJs offers an unrivalled views of West London.
Typical dishes include: Venison, rabbit and pork terrine, walnut, red chicory, pickled blackberries; Cured salmon tartare, redcurrant, cucumber, lumpfish roe; Cotswold cured pork belly, artichoke, pickled chilli and rocket flatbread and a delicious plant based wild mushroom and vegan feta pie, with swede and green sauce.
The Broadcaster's striking steel and glass exterior contrasts with a warm, contemporary interior, with soft timber arches, oak panelling, modern reeded glass and Danish furniture from Car Hansen & Son.
