HOW IT WORKS
Booking Process
Bookings are made direct by telephone or using your direct booking links. LRG does not charge any booking fees or commissions.
Member Recognition
Members must present a valid digital members card available on smartphones to redeem member privileges available. Cards are non-transferable and available for cardholder use only.
Associate Hotel Club members – In some instances plastic members cards are available (but being phased out by 2023). These have been issued to members without smart devices or who have joined affiliate hotel clubs managed by the Luxury Restaurant Guide. Associate members will also present a plastic card either showing Luxury Restaurant Guide on the front, or in the case of affiliate schemes, as a logo on the reverse of the card showing ‘In association with Luxury Restaurant Guide’.
Standard Exclusions & Exceptions
The card is not valid on Bank Holidays, Festive Holidays, February 14th, Mothering Sunday, December 24th, 25th, 26th & 31st or for special promotions, menus or events. Each restaurant can select any additional exclusions they wish to add to be shown on their page.
