Opening on 4th August, Adam Handling now brings us a new restaurant in the form of Ugly Butterfly Cornwall. In a stunning Cornish Atlantic setting, just a mile from St Ives on the Corbis Bay Estate, Ugly Butterfly restaurant and bar has been designed with floor-to-ceiling glass walls to offer spectacular views across one of the worlds most beautiful coasts.
With a strong ethos for sustainability, eco friendly and zero waste, Adam comments: "There is no such thing as an Ugly Butterfly. There is no such this as food waste."
