Under the luminescence of moonlight, you are invited to an unforgettable night. Guests will be immersed in a bespoke floral art installation by Artist in Residence Emma Weaver from Palais Studio, whilst being served a curated menu featuring produce at the height of ripeness and wine hand-selected to match each dish.
Expect the usual delicious South America Twist but this time on Summer ingredients, from buttery empanadas, mouth-watering ceviche and smokey grilled turbot, with created vegan and vegetarian options.
The evening will also be accompanied by a bespoke Luna soundscape performance by Sabio Janek, psychosensory therapist and sound healer to accentuate the evening's esoteric energy.
