- These Terms and Conditions govern Luxury Restaurant Guide’s Prize Draw operated by Luxury Restaurant Guide of Spinnaker House, 48 High Street, Bagshot, Surrey GU19 5AW.
- The Offer is an ongoing quarterly draw, available until further notice.
- The Offer is for a complimentary upgrade of the Luxury Restaurant Club product to a pre-determined Club Premium membership from Luxury Restaurant Guide’s affiliated clubs.
- The Member winning the prize will be allocated the membership for the period of one year from the date of notification. If the member is already a member of the nominated Club Premium product, they will be afforded a complimentary year of membership following the completion of their existing term.
- Entry for the Prize Draw is upon legitimate check-in when dining in a restaurant through the app.
- A legitimate dining visit is to use the check-in feature in Luxury Restaurant Guide app when dining at any restaurant listed on the app.
- Only one check-in permitted, per legitimate dining visit.
- The quarterly prize winner will be notified by email or telephone no later than the first week of March, June, September and December, each year.
- The gift is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed, refunded, resold or exchanged for cash, or any other product.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Offer, to substitute the Gift/ or amend these terms and conditions without notice at any time.
- This offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
