St Pancras Champagne Bar by Searcys, Europe's longest champagne bar, reopens following a dazzling refurbishment.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the station's Victorian Gothic canopy, the décor evokes the feel of a bygone golden age of travel. With Searcys' signature palette of deep blue and tan, with brass detailing and geometric pattern tiling, the venue is perfect for a meeting with friends, a romantic rendezvous, or even just to grab a quick bite between meetings. With cosy booths offering a snug escape from the hustle and bustle, or the traditional bar seating to place you at the heart of the action, it is a venue for all occasions.

A new Searcys seafood bar offers a choice of gastronomic delights from Rock and Native oysters with a mignonette sauce to the Searcys Shellfish platter with Exmoor and Sturia caviar and native lobster. Celebrating the best of seasonal produce, other seafood delights include a selection of Caviar, Portland Crab rarebit, Scottish salmon tartare and Hand-dived Orkney scallop ceviche.
