A square, stainless-steel horseshoe table is set up around the kitchen with the cookers along the back wall. Chef James Knappett, formerly head chef at Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley certainly knows his stuff. The lighting is arty with an atmosphere of 1930's industrialism.
