A pared down restaurant where Chef Oliver Dabbous has been hailed the new culinary messiah. Hyper fashionable, ultra booked up. This is a no frills restaurant but perfectly styled with rough plaster walls, concrete and steel, exposed pipe work and wood plant tables but distinctive food from a classical French trained chef. Designed by Brinkworth, it is a mesmerising mix of spartan and industrial. The furnishings are waxed timber tables, timber and black leather chairs that complement walls lined with burnt timber. There are also diverse light fixtures, including coloured brown glass pieces which cast great mood lighting.
