DESCRIPTION

If you have always longed to taste the winning menus you see on Masterchef, this is your chance. From none other than Michelin starred Michel Roux Jr, Roux at Parliament Square is an elegant and exclusive restaurant in Westminster showcasing the work of Head Chef Steve Groves, winner of Masterchef: The Professionals 2009. A match made in heaven to rival the delightful food combinations you'll experience in a stunning and inspirational tasting menu of light modern European cuisine.

Set within a light and airy Grade II-listed building with a chic combination of modern furniture and period features, Roux at Parliament Square attracts London's socialites, movers and skaters and you'll enjoy a truly sophisticated atmosphere.

The menu is chock-full of grand ingredients such as Orkney scallop, prawn chili and apple dashi, Veal sweetbreads artichoke and mushrooms and the delicate Mackerel with heritage carrots and sesame to start, while mains range from Test Valley trout with leek and pine nuts, mouth-watering rib eye with onion and bone marrow, to the star turn of Dry aged duck with beetroot and blackberries. Ripe cheeses and smart puddings follow: Caramel tart, Apple Souffle, Pear & honey and Chocolate & hazelnut, while the wine list is built to impress.

A stone's throw from the Palace of Westminster and St. James's Park, The Roux is a wonderful place to dine in the centre of London and fitting for your most special of occasions - or simply as a real treat, just because !
