As you drive up the hill to approach Danesfield House Hotel you will be met by an absolutely breathtaking white Neo-Tudor style Grade II listed building dating back to the end of the 19th Century. Now a five-star hotel and spa it has proudly achieved numerous highly-regarded awards and accreditations over the years. Dining at Danesfield House is run by Executive Chef Bill Reid who turns simple ingredients into well executed modern British food which can be enjoyed in one of three stunning areas:- the Anouska Hempel designed Oak Room for more grand enclosed dining experiences, the sun-drenched Orangery for less formal dining occasions or, for the summer months, the stunning terrace enjoying the best views of the Chiltern Hills and River Thames available.
