Part of the Calcot Collection, this former English farmhouse is set in a pretty courtyard of lime trees and ancient stone barns and stables dating back to the 14th century. At its heart you will find The Conservatory Restaurant, a fresh, light and elegant space with panoramic views over the hotels 220 acre-estate. If that isn't enough to keep you entertained there is also the theatre of the open kitchen for your enjoyment. At the helm is Executive Head Chef Richard Davies, previously of the Gordon Ramsay Group and the Vineyard in Stockcross, Berkshire. Prior to joining the family at Calcot & Spa, Richard held the position of Executived Head Chef at the Manor House Hotel in Castle Combe, during which time he achieved a Michelin star.
