In line with the Government's latest guidelines, the Aviator will be introducing a phased re-opening from July 4th, 2020.
The Brasserie and, weather permitting, the Terrace will be serving a delicious informal all-day dining experience from 12 noon to 9.30 pm. The will also be reopening the Sky Bar from 11 am until close every day, where their resident mixologists will concoct your favourite tipple alongside their own irresistible and renowned cocktails.
Whilst delivering a high level of service to every guest experience, they will be implementing the strictest of health and safety standards. Therefore guests can expect to see a reduced team and reduced menu available in the Brasserie and Sky Bar, whilst everyone gets back on their feet.
This graceful building is elegant and balanced with a powerful presence, like the propeller that inspired its design. Inside, the Brasserie Restaurant overlooks the runway with direct views of the incoming and outgoing private jets. It lives well up to it's claim of the UK's sexiest airport hotel.
The Brasserie has cream leather chairs, black American walnut columns, parquet flooring and soft lighting, giving a warm glow in the evening. The atmosphere is enhanced by vintage black and white photographs of Hollywood stars on board jets, or at airports. In warmer weather diners will be able to sit outside on the Brasserie's large private terrace. A small, semi private alcove seating up to six has also been created for special occasions and private lunch and dinner meetings.
