The Red Fort has been a favourite in Soho for almost 30 years now. Just having undergone an elaborate refurbishment programme the restaurant has opened with a new design that uses materials from the Red Fort in Delhi in a contemporary way. The result is a modern design influenced by ancient Indian tradition. Founded by Amin Ali in 1983, the restaurant has long attracted the glitterati. Well known for its Mughal Court cooking - it combines high-quality fresh British products with sub-continental flavours to create refined Indian dishes, served with a wonderful range of sommelier selected wines.
