Plu is the creation of chef, Elliot Moss, who began his career at Le Gavroche, and has since worked in some of the world's best restaurants. Plu is the culmination of Elliot's many years experience of Michelin star restaurants all around the world, and his quest for culinary excellence. The menu is a celebration of classical French cooking, tempered with international influences and brought to life with contemporary flourishes. The restaurant is an intimate affair, seating only 22 covers with a warming gold and blue colour palette. The walls are adorned with artwork and a stunning blue blown-glass chandelier takes centre stage above diners.
