Internationally renowned chef Laurent Tourondel of New York fame, holds court on the first floor of the modern grand Hotel Café Royal on Regent Street. Expect the finest meat and fish from the open grill including dishes such as US Snake River Ribeye, Wagyu Beef Short Ribs or Dover Sole; alongside mouth-watering sushi created at the sushi bar including Yellowtail-Jalapeno-Ginger, Gin Cured Salmon or Cornish Crab Nigiri, all accompanied by British wasabi. Diners enjoy views of Regent Street from the front part of the restaurant which features a stunning bar, or of the grand Murano glass chandelier and the hotel lobby from the first floor gallery. There is also a sushi bar and counter to watch the sushi masters at work. Tucked away in a private area of the first floor is Ziggy's, a cocktail bar that serves twists on classics and is inspired by David Bowie.Laurent at Café Royal is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
