The Four Seasons is located two miles south of Lichfield within grade II* listed Swinfen Hall. Winner of numerous accolades including Fine Dining Restaurant of the Year in the Taste of Staffordshire awards, the Four Seasons is the only restaurant in the county to have been awarded 3-rosettes by the AA.
With a focus on local, seasonal produce, Chef Ryan Shilton makes the most of the 100 acre-estate in his modern British menus. Home grown vegetables, fruit and herbs make a regular appearance, whilst estate-reared venison is a highlight of winter menus.
In addition to the a la carte menus, diners can enjoy a five or nine-course tasting menu.
