Cornerstone is located in Hackney Wick and it is owned and run by Chef Tom Brown. The menu has been inspired by the spirit of sharing plates and is made of simple, but sophisticated, seafood dishes which change daily. Sustainable and seasonal offerings are carefully sourced from the best fishermen and producers from across the UK. The restaurant has an open kitchen and a beautiful marble-topped bar, where guests can sit and watch the talented chefs cooking their food. The goal being to serve the best food and drinks in a refined, but relaxed setting, delivering a unique and exceptional experience.
