At Castle Terrace, chef Dominic Jack takes the purity and freshness of the local Scottish produce for a happy spin of skill and creativity. The result is food that is ambrosial, interesting and completely satisfying. They serve up quality with a crunch here. Whilst totally recognisable, the local, seasonal produce trails clouds of glorious creativity and quirkiness. The attention to detail is simply staggering. The food does all the talking and its excellence is unfettered. Impressively nuanced "nature to plate" cuisine.
