Where can you have dinner in the company of Emma Thompson, Stephen Fry and Hugh Grant? At Adam's Brasserie, guests dine under the gaze of these stars who have all appeared in films shot on location at Luton Hoo. Housed in the original coach house and stable complex designed by famous 18th-century architect Robert Adam, Adam's Brasserie offers a relaxed atmosphere coupled with an excellent menu featuring stylish, contemporary dishes and familiar favourites made from seasonal and local produce.Overlooking the stable courtyard, here guests can choose from cosy booths with leather banquettes lining one wall, or smart tables that are ideal for couples, families, business colleagues and golfers who have enjoyed a round on Luton Hoo's adjoining parkland course. The brasserie menu changes seasonally, but you can expect innovative starters such as Stilton and spiced red wine-poached pear salad, torched Brixham mackerel, followed by main courses that might include braised beef cheek or seared Loch Duart salmon. Braised venison shoulder or whole plaice on the bone. Needless to say, there are also plenty of tempting desserts - The AA have awarded our Country Club restaurant, Adam's Brasserie, one Rosette for the eight year in a row. Adam's Brasserie is open for lunch and dinner Monday to Sunday.Membership benefits are also available in Wernher Restaurant at this property. See Wernher Restaurant for more details.
