Step into a wintery haven in the heart of London: The Garden has been transformed into a wonderous terrace complete with roaring fireplaces, alpaca blankets, heaters, cyclamen and glittering decorative snow globes, creating a festive wonderland in the heart of the capital.
The Signature winter dish created by Executive Chef, André Garrett is a luxurious take on macaroni cheese presented in a cast-iron Staub dish. A combination of two cheeses (Beaufort and Tomme de Savoie), plus the option of either Lobster and shellfish; Forest mushrooms and truffle; Slow-cooked beef and duck liver; or Roast winter vegetables will be available for up to six guests to share. Enticing dishes for the pre-Christmas and winter season will include Warm potato rösti with cured salmon and sour cream: Baked fish pie (with cod, trout, egg, and cheese and mustard mash; Venison ragoût with cheese dumplings. Desserts range from traditional apple and raisin strudel with cinnamon and sticky toffee pudding with date and fromage frais.
To complement the picturesque setting guests will be able to choose from a selection of hot chocolates, fine spirits and cocktails including a warm spiced Negroni and Bombardino - a hot concoction of brandy, Avocaat and whipped cream.
