Located in Devonshire House, SHIOK! is in the perfect location for those on the go or for those who want to take a load off and treat themselves to a few delicious delicacies. Masterminded by talented Executive Pastry Chef, Cherish Finden, SHIOK! brings elegant, rich, traditional flavours from Cherish's childhood, into the heart of London.
For breakfast guests can choose from Cherish’s Polo Buns, made using the traditional method to create a beautiful sweet yet fluffy milk bun with options including coffee, pandan and summer berries. For the savoury items SHIOK! features a sausage shokupan, similar to a sausage roll, and pork floss buns.
The drinks menu features the Singaporean staple, Bubble Tea, with a selection of flavours and colours to choose from. A selection of fine Champagnes and wines alongside hot and cold beverages are also be available. SHIOK! is located right in the heart of the City in the 146-year-old Devonshire House, directly adjacent to the Pan Pacific Hotel.
Key menu highlights include: Handbag - inspired by Cherish's mother buying her mini handbags with flavours of lemon and raspberry compote; Chocolate TeaPot - influenced by a Chinese tradition of drinking from the smallest teapot which her grandfather adhered to; Kopi Tarik - which features all the flavours of coffee complete with edible spoon and cup.

The patisserie is going to be somewhere you want to bring your loved ones, any time throughout the day for an out-of-this-world pastry.
