The Haymarket Hotel - Brumus Bar & Restaurant
With an intimate restaurant setting of just six tables (max 18 covers per service), chef Peter Sanchez-Iglesias and his team create dishes which are influenced by the individuality, multi-cultural and creative vibes of their home city of Bristol. The menu now consists of over twenty small courses lasting around three and a half hours. Guests are all served at the same time, creating an energetic and pacy atmosphere. This means that they are no longer able to cater to any dietary requirements.
Staff here are friendly, welcoming and helpful, with the aim to put you at your ease, ready to relax and enjoy the experience ahead - but note, music is very much present in the dining room, so don't expect a serene or calming ambience!
