Amethyst is Mayfair's intimate tasting restaurant creation by Chef Carlo Scotto. It offers a 12-course tasting menu which takes diners on a gastronomic journey of meticulously prepared plates featuring clever and creative flavour combinations. Enjoy dishes influenced by the simplicity and elegance of Nordic and Japanese cuisine, together with French and Arabic influences.
Inside it features a huge, real amethyst and quartz dining table as the restaurant centre piece, seating just 21 diners for a chef's table experience with full views of the pass. Here small groups or just one large party can enjoy the space which has been carefully designed to ensure that each group enjoys their own space, should they wish, while sharing this unique experience.
The menu changes regularly to reflect the best seasonal British ingredients. Diners can expect dishes like: Burned Hay Croquette; Scallops & Wasabi Caviar Tartelette or Ras El Hanout Beef, Apple & Date.
